Improvements to Roadways Projects

Microsurfacing 2009 and Mill & Overlay 2009

ACIA is pleased to submit the following proposal for the approximately $1.3 million 2009 Roadway Batch (microsurfacing and mill/overlay).  Our services shall include the management of two bid cycles, the award of two construction contracts, on – going project management, and field inspections.  Project management shall include but shall not be limited to:  daily construction reports, construction photos, change order processing, job progress meetings (including minutes), and project closeout activities.

              0.3MI        $75,000.

NOTE:  SPML ROAD (Patcong to Rt 9) Som Pt. 0.78 mi $200,00 moved to Federal Funding in 2010 construction, due to water main construction in 2009.

NOTE:  USED $250,000. Per mile with 2” Mill/Overlay with add’l life of 1’ at $70,000. Per mile (Jim Leeds) ballpark for budgeting purposes.

Improvements to Various Roadways in Atlantic County 2008

The ACIA is acting as the project manager for the Improvements to Various Roadways in Atlantic County, NJ.  The Engineer for the Improvements to Various Roadways project is the County of Atlantic.  The objective of the project is to get the work underway and completed as soon as possible and it is currently anticipated that work on the roads should start Fall 2008.  The roads included in this project are:  Fire Road, Bargaintown Road, and Wrangleboro Road.

Improvements to Eighteen (18) Roadways in Atlantic County, New Jersey 2007

The ACIA is acting as the project manager for the Improvements to 18 Roadways in Atlantic County, NJ.  The Engineer for the Improvements to 18 Roadways project is Kupper Associates.  The objective of the project is to get the work underway and completed as soon as possible and it is currently anticipated that work on the roads should start Fall 2006.  The roads included in this project are:  Oak Road, Mays Landing-Blue Anchor Road, 3rd Street, Moss Mill Road, Duerer Street Location 1, Duerer Street Location 2, Pomona Road, Clark’s Landing Road, Old New York Road, Jimmie Leeds Road, Delilah-Absecon Road, Tilton Road, Spruce Avenue, Bargaintown-Fire Road, Zion Road, Ocean Heights Avenue, Mill Road & Fire Road, and Bridge EH-018.
